Michele, the founder of MBA, started in the healthcare field in 1985. She operates today as the CFO of the company. Her particular expertise is in operations and consulting.

Chris Phillips

Vice President

Chris has been with the company since 1997. In addition to managing the implementation of new clients, he also handles client relations and works to keep MBA on the leading edge of technology.

Barbara Andersen

Office Manager

Barbara has been with the company since 1990. She has worked in all areas of the billing process. Today, she helps new clients with applications and contract reviews. She also runs the Human Resources Department of MBA. Her attention to detail is second to none.

Dani Christiansen

Quality Control Manager

Dani started with the company in 1998 as a client service representative. Her skills in conquering the billing process and navigating the CMS rules proved to be invaluable. She now oversees client operations keeping a particular eye on compliance with policy and training.
